I am committed to helping others define who they are.  I believe that our past or life choices influence our behavior, but they do not define who we are. One of my missions is to assist clients to find meaning in their experiences and learn to develop a sense of peace that comes from making sense of our experiences. I strive to be direct and genuine with the space and time provided.  I work with individuals over the age of 14 to improve their lives while working toward healing.

Christina Colistro, LPC

My mission is to help my clients identify and modify patterns and behaviors that have brought them into counseling and empower you on your path toward growth and healing. I believe that when you understand your past experiences and your unique self, you can live your life with a changed perspective and more fulfillment.

I work from a strength-based identity perspective, while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with individuals 12 and older. I will assist you in building a coping skills toolkit for future life challenges.  My hope is that you come away from therapy with an expanded sense of confidence, authenticity, resilience, and courage.

During my free time, I am spending quality time with my family enjoying all that the PNW has to offer. I love finding new adventures, traveling, reading a good book, listening to Podcasts, and practicing Yoga.
